Welcome to Egglescliffe Primary School website,

I feel extremely honoured and privileged to be the Head teacher of Egglescliffe CE Primary School where our children are at the heart of all we do.

The needs of the children are always paramount in the life and decision making within a school. through education, we have the gift of inspiring and instilling a ‘love of learning’ which is a life-long legacy. I strongly believe in providing the children with exciting, creative, inspiring and meaningful learning experiences, which build their enthusiasm for learning and help them to grow as unique individuals.

I am dedicated to build upon opportunities to enable all children to achieve the highest academic standards, ensuring that they are known well as individuals and that their unique personality, talents and interests are nurtured and developed to the full.

I know how vital working in partnership with parents really is in order for children to find school a positive and rewarding experience. As key educators in your children’s lives, I feel that it is important that our partnership is strong. It is the aim of the whole school team to help each child become a successful learner and well-rounded individual who is ready to make the next steps in their learning journey.

As Head Teacher, I will strive to create the best education for your child and welcome you all to our school family.

Mrs. E. Robertson
