Welcome To

Egglescliffe CE Primary School

I feel extremely honoured and privileged to be the Head teacher of Egglescliffe CE Primary School where our children are at the heart of all we do. The needs of the children are always paramount in the life and decision making within a school. through education, we have the gift of inspiring and instilling a ‘love of learning’ which is a life-long legacy. I strongly believe in providing the children with exciting, creative, inspiring and meaningful learning experiences.

Wow!

Hottest day of the year and we've done it!

The children have enjoyed a range of activities today to aid them in keeping cool:
- ice cold juice after measuring their own out
- ice pops
- sprinkler fun
- water trays in the shade
- mindfulness colouring
- lego play
- feet in cool water
- reading
- music

And much more!

We can't wait to see you all for our Joseph performances tomorrow!

Our wonderful Year 5 children are selling the recipe books that they have worked so hard on!

They will be on sale tomorrow at the Joseph performances and after school for £3.50 per book.

They include recipes by children in Year 5 as well as recipes from local professional businesses and a recipe Mrs Grainge loved.

These cookbooks have been created by the Year 5 children in memory of Mrs Grainge.

Thank you SO much for all of your continued support with this enterprise.

ACTIVE WEEK THE FINALE! ✅

After the wonderful memorial service on Friday morning the children went off to complete their race for life in memory of Mrs Grainge and took part in a few more activities.

The children all had a lovely day on Friday (despite the rain), completing activities such as:

- Acro - Cheer
- Basketball
- Hoopstarz
- Race for Life

They also each had time to cheer on the other children whilst they ran.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Miss Stephens for all of her hard work in organising this for our children - you are amazing!
